Trim leading and trailing whitespace from CSV names while preserving original columns and internal spacing. The existing Transform can be updated to collapse repeated spaces, reused on reruns, and cleanly reset.

A CSV name-cleaning model that creates one structured Transform, Clean Names, directly from people.csv. By default, it removes leading and trailing whitespace from name values, writes the cleaned text to a new name_clean column, and retains the original name and email columns. Internal spaces remain unchanged, so “Grace Hopper” keeps both spaces. A Change request can update the same Transform to collapse repeated internal spaces. Repeated runs reuse the existing Transform, while Reset removes generated results and restores a clean rerunnable state without removing the source CSV or delivered model assets. Outputs remain inspectable, reusable, and downloadable.
