Prefix Ticket Numbers with Department
Add reusable SUP- or OPS-prefixed ticket IDs to CSV data while preserving source columns.
Create reusable ticket IDs by prefixing CSV ticket numbers with SUP-. Retain the original ticket and subject columns, inspect and download the result, and update the prefix to OPS- when needed.
About this Model
Prefixes ticket numbers from an uploaded CSV with a department code. The reusable Ticket Ids transform adds a ticket_id column while retaining the original ticket and subject columns and direct lineage to the source CSV. The default output uses SUP-, and the prefix can be changed to OPS-. Reset removes generated results so a clean default transform can be recreated.
