Combines city and country fields from an uploaded CSV into a reusable location column. The structured Locations transform retains the original city and country columns, preserves direct lineage to the source CSV, and supports changing the separator between values. Reset removes generated results while preserving the source and model structure; a subsequent run recreates the default comma-separated result.
